Sorry for the long wait, here's a bagillion 51 new ringtones for anyone and everyone~ (gah, I'm getting too old for this =____=)
( BAW, THAT'S A TON OF RINGTONES~ ):
If when you open the MMS file it says something like "One or more of the message components have been removed. Either the message was too large, or one of the components is not suitable for your system." Then you can't send it through MMS. If that happens, you can do this.
If you have internet capabilities on your phone, send an email containing the ringtone to your email address, either the same one you are on when sending, or to an alternate email, and then go and check that email on your phone's internet. Download the .mp3 file.

A note from tikuko:
If your cell phone has a 'recording' option then you can play these REALLY GODDAMN LOUD on your computer in a quiet room with the recording option turned on, and you can then set it as your ringtone.

More side notes:
If you have Bluetooth and use it, you probably know you can get your mp3's onto your cell that way, but I'll mention if for those few who have it but haven't used it yet because they never saw a need. Don't ask me how it works. I have NO idea.

Having a USB port on your cell is also another way to transfer files and such. I don't know if there's software required for this though.

Also, I hear Mobile17 is a great (free) service to use to send your ringtones. Text messaging and internet access is required on your cell though. No spam!


If you've tried all of these and it still doesn't work, there's not much more I can say that will help, but feel free to ask anyway. Let's be confused together, yeah?

There have been a fair amount of people friending me right after I post my ringtones and while I can't really stop anyone from doing so, I'd like to forewarn you that I won't be friending back if you don't, you know, talk to me. My journal is mostly open so you will get more spam than ringtones on your flist. My ringtones ARE posted to several (SEVERAL) different communities that you have probably come from and when I update them, they will be posted AGAIN to those communities (because I'm all about spamming people).
Now if you've come here and find we share lots of interests, please, don't hesitate to leave me a comment somewhere and chat me up because I really do love cool new friends. :D

Last night my Grandma called me into her room after she had gone to bed (and I had supposedly gone to bed) and asked if the TV was on in my room because she heard voices but they weren't MINE and I was like "...no?" and it freaked me out a little but she has this Life Alert thing on her wall and there was a little static noise coming from it so that might have been what she heard... But I went back to my room and then she called me a little while later and asked me to find her nitro pills because she was having chest pains and damn, I looked for THOSE pretty desperately. They ended up being in the kitchen. We kinda fumbled the pill about and she took it and I stood there for a good minute while it did it's stuff and she said she showed me the Life Alert button/necklace she has and said if they got worse she'd press it to call the ambulance and yeah. I stayed up all night in case the chest pains turned worse and she called for me again. This isn't something I'm prepared to deal with but this is the exactly reason I'm staying with her. So someone's here for her at night if something happens. So someone can open the door for the paramedics because god forbid they break it down to try and rescue anyone.
She's doing fine but I don't know, she didn't even get dressed today. Not like she HAD to because we didn't go anywhere but she usually gets dressed anyway.

I have a collection of coffee mugs on my desk... and lots of tea bags. D: I should just make a huge pot of tea, I feel like I'm wasting the bags...
